HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT DISCOUNTS ON PURCHASE PRICES?
Just complete the Basic Registration and we’ll send you the Newsletters detailing promotions. You can also find out by logging onto the website.
ARE ALL THE ITEMS OFFERED AT SALE PRICES AT THE END OF THE SEASON?
No. Some items are never offered at sale prices. The price will always be shown when you click on the dress you are interested in.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT IN THE SALE?
If you have not tried it on in our shop or at home, yes
IS THE VIRTUAL FITTING RELIABLE?
100%. The measurements of the dresses are accurate to the millimeter. All you have to do is click on the dress you like, choose your size and go to “Measurements” detailing. You will then have to compare those measurements with your own. As simple as that!
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I AM MEASURING MYSELF CORRECTLY?
There is a very straightforward guide to help you measure yourself correctly. You can access it from the dress detail page by clicking on Virtual Fitting, or from the Advanced Registration page.
DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES?
No. For security reasons, we only send to postal addresses giving name, street name, house number and postcode.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T SIGN FOR THE ITEM IN PERSON?
You can authorise someone else to sign for it and that’s no problem. Otherwise, the courier will keep the package and contact you by phone to organise a second delivery at no extra cost. However, if a third delivery has to be made then you are liable for any additional courier charges.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM IF DOESN'T FIT, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COURIER SERVICE?
No. If you want to change it for a different size, 24fab.com will pay the courier service. All we want is for you to be completely satisfied.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OVER THE INTERNET?
100%. Mindful of our customers, 24fab.com has introduced a secure card electronic payment system. Nobody can ‘see’ your card details or use your card fraudulently.
HOW DO I GET A SECURE CARD TO USE FOR PAYMENTS OVER THE INTERNET?
It’s very simple. Get in touch with your bank and they will give you a code that keeps your card details safe.
IF I DON'T HAVE A SECURE CARD, DOES 24FAB.COM ACCEPT OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT?
You can pay with any credit card by phone, or by bank transfer.
ARE MY PERSONAL DATA AND ACCOUNT DETAILS KEPT SECURE?
Completely secure. Nobody can access your bank details and your personal details are kept in our secure files.
WHY IS IT COMPULSORY FOR ME OR SOMEONE I AUTHORISE TO SIGN THE DELIVERY NOTE?
For security reasons. We don’t want the item to go astray and not arrive at your address.
IF THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT, WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If you bought it and you hadn’t tried it on, we will give you your money back.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE?
If you can’t find your size, send us an email and we will tell you if the item you like would be OK for you in a size up or down. In the “Measurements” section of the selected dress page, we also give specific information about each measurement.
CAN I SEND A 24FAB.COM ITEM TO SOMEONE AS A PRESENT?
Yes. All you need do is enter the address of the person you want to send the present to, and give their name as authorised person so that the courier can deliver it without any problems.
ARE 24FAB.COM CLOTHES GUARANTEED GENUINE?
Absolutely. 24fab.com collections are purchased direct from designers, and the designers send them direct to our offices in sealed parcels. No clothes from 24fab.com are copies.
