    100%. The measurements of the dresses are accurate to the millimeter. All you have to do is click on the dress you like, choose your size and go to “Measurements” detailing. You will then have to compare those measurements with your own. As simple as that!

     

    HOW DO I KNOW THAT I AM MEASURING MYSELF CORRECTLY?

     

    There is a very straightforward guide to help you measure yourself correctly. You can access it from the dress detail page by clicking on Virtual Fitting, or from the Advanced Registration page.

     

    DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES?

     

    No. For security reasons, we only send to postal addresses giving name, street name, house number and postcode.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T SIGN FOR THE ITEM IN PERSON?

     

    You can authorise someone else to sign for it and that’s no problem. Otherwise, the courier will keep the package and contact you by phone to organise a second delivery at no extra cost. However, if a third delivery has to be made then you are liable for any additional courier charges.

     

    IF I RETURN AN ITEM IF DOESN'T FIT, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COURIER SERVICE?

The parties linked under these terms are 24 HOURS FABULOUS S.L., Tax Identification Code B85521581, registered address c/ Joaquín Arroyo 3, 28033, Madrid, registered in the Madrid Companies Register in Volume 26.048, folio 182, Section 8, page number M-469546, Entry Number 1, hereinafter referred to as 24Fab.com, and the user who fills in the registration form.

     

    Please read the following regulations, which govern the services offered by 24Fab.com, carefully. You must accept these terms in order to contract the services of 24Fab.com.

     

    1. What we offer

     

    24Fab.com is a website selling current season, luxury prêt-à-porter cocktail dresses and Black Tie wear by the leading Spanish and international designers of the moment, and fashion accessories such as bags, shoes, jewellery, etc., in addition to Vintage clothing and accessories.

     

    2. Purchase and authenticity guarantee

     

    24Fab.com declares that all our items of clothing have been purchased directly and legitimately, with the express permission of the brands. The authenticity of all our products is therefore duly guaranteed and they may be distributed through 24Fab.com.

     

    3. Who can access our services

     

    Individuals of age, with sufficient legal capacity to enter contracts, who have filled in the registration form in the relevant section.

     

    4. Territorial scope

     

    24Fab.com sells its articles of clothing Worldwide.

     

    5. Registration

     

    To register on our website you must fill in the obligatory fields. The individual shall give true information, and is solely liable for entering any changes to this information.

     

    6. Purchase from 24Fab.com

     

    All 24fab.com collections can be purchased. The price of each item of clothing is shown when the item is selected on the website.

     

    Delivery costs are borne by the customer.

     

    Payment method

     

    You may purchase by phone using a credit card, or through the website’s electronic payment system. You may also pay via bank transfer. The security of card payments made through the website is certified by Banco Sabadell. For internet transactions, only secure cards are accepted (3D-Secure).     Trying on the item of clothing

    1.  

      Virtual fitting:

     

    The measurements of the dresses are accurate to the millimetre. Once you have selected the dress, choose your size and go to “Measurements” detailing. All you need to do is compare your own measurements with the dress measurements and check that they match.

     

    Return of purchased items

     

    If you purchase one or more dresses which you have not tried on beforehand and, once you try them on at home you find that one or more are not to your liking, you can return them by sending an email to info@24fab.com. 24fab will then reimburse the purchase value, excluding postage costs, to your designated credit card. If you wish to change the item for another of the same size, 24fab.com will send it to you free of charge. An item of clothing may only be changed for the same model in a different size, never for a different model.

     

    The deadline for returning the purchased item to 24fab.com is within 7 calendar days of reception date, and the item must be in perfect condition, unworn and with its labels unremoved. Do not remove the labels until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

     

    Styling consultation service

     

    If you require advice on styling and if you wish us to advise you on the clothes which will best flatter your figure and appearance, send us an email to info@24fab.com and we will get in touch with you.

     

    Delivery

    •  

      If you place your order on a working day and require the dress to be despatched immediately, it will be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. If you place your order on a national holiday, delivery will be made under the same conditions starting on the first working day after you place your order.

    •  

      Working days and holidays shall be defined in accordance with the working calendar for Madrid Capital.

    •  

      The dress must be signed for personally by the customer or by the authorised person, and details of same must be submitted via the website, sending an email to info@24fab.com at 24Fab.com.

    •  

      The courier company delivery note is taken as proof of delivery by 24Fab.com. This document must be signed at the moment of parcel receipt. The person authorised to sign for receipt must provide their national ID number or passport number. The signature of the customer or authorised person is considered as proof that the dress has been received in perfect condition.

     

    The customer undertakes to keep the courier company delivery note for at least three months and forward it to 24Fab.com if so required for any action involving the transport service which gives rise to damages.

     

    The customer shall receive the selected dress correctly packaged in a special 24Fab.com box, inside the sealed box used by the courier company. If the package does not meet these specifications, or the boxes have been opened, or the 24Fab.com seal has been tampered with, or one or both security labels are missing, or there are any concerns as to product inviolability, the customer shall not accept the package and shall inform 24fab.com of the incident within a maximum of three hours of time of receipt by sending an email to info@24fab.com. If such notification is not made, the customer shall be liable for any alterations or damages found in the item of clothing.

     

    7. Obligations of 24Fab.com

     

    24Fab.com undertakes to:

    •  

      Receive and despatch the user’s order.

    •  

      Send the dress in perfect condition, so that it can be worn immediately upon receipt.

    •  

      Send the dress inside a box bearing the 24Fab.com corporate label, this box being inside a second sealed box with tamper-proof seal.

    •  

      Keep an up-to-date product catalogue. In this regard, the customer is informed that 24Fab.com guarantees the perfect condition of all its dresses.

     

    8. Obligations of our customers

     

    In addition to the obligations stated in this document, 24Fab.com customers undertake:

    •  

      To register, giving true information and making any subsequent changes as necessary.

    •  

      Not to use third party information or payment instruments.

    •  

      To notify 24fab.com of any irregularity they observe in the box or bag containing the dress, refraining from signing the courier company delivery note and thus accepting the package if it shows any signs of having been damaged or opened without permission. For this purpose, the incident must be reported by email to info@24fab.com within three hours of moment of delivery. The amount paid by the customer shall be duly reimbursed.

    •  

      Not to remove either of the 2 labels if they observe any irregularity in the dress on its receipt during the purchasing period.

    •  

      Not to remove any of the labels from the dress purchased if they are not entirely satisfied with it, and to notify 24fab.com within 7 calendar days so that it may be returned.

     

    9. Liability limitation

     

    24Fab.com is exempt from all types of liability in the cases described below:

    •  

      The dress may not be exactly as viewed on the web page, due to insufficient resolution, problems with the browser used or other problems of this type. 24Fab.com applies all the measures for providing an accurate view of the product, but however is not liable for any minimal differences or inexactnesses which may occur.

    •  

      24Fab.com is not liable for any damages arising from poor operation of the transport service, particularly due to causes such as strikes, traffic jams, and in general any other causes specific to the sector, which result in delivery delay, loss or theft of the selected dress.

    •  

      24Fab.com reserves the right to take any type of legal action against any users who send emails which may be considered spam or who carry out unauthorised mass mailing activities, or which in general terms violate the laws governing electronic mailing.

      Technical failures which, due to accidental or other causes, prevent the normal operation of the service via internet.
