3. Buy in our web: You can see the items by designer, by season trends, by fashion show looks, by figure or by party style. You can see the price when you have selected the item. Then you put it inside your shopping basket and the web will show you how to buy it quickly.

Once you have selected the dress, on the dress details page you will see the ‘Fitting’ tab which gives the precise measurements of the dress and the fields where you enter your own measurements which, once entered, are stored in system memory for future occasions (they will be displayed whenever you enter your email address and password).
5. If your size is not available, you can send an email to info@24fab.com, call us via Skype (user: Phone_24Fab) or call us at t +34 913101845 . Sometimes the differences between two sizes are so little that you should fit in the next size.

10. Return of purchased items

If you purchase one or more dresses which you have not tried on beforehand and, once you try them on at home you find that one or more are not to your liking, you can return them by sending an email to info@24fab.com. 24fab will then reimburse the purchase value, excluding postage costs, to your designated credit card. If you wish to change the item for another of the same size, 24fab.com will send it to you free of charge. An item of clothing may only be changed for the same model in a different size, never for a different model.

The deadline for returning the purchased item to 24fab.com is within 7 calendar days of reception date, and the item must be in perfect condition, unworn and with its labels unremoved. Do not remove the labels until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
